We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Our warehouse works efficiently to ensure your package is dispatched as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can use this tracking number to follow the delivery status of your package at any time.
Delivery times vary depending on your shipping address and local carrier conditions. In most cases, orders will be delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that remote areas, peak seasons, or customs clearance may cause slight delays.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.

How to Use
Apply the mascara wand cluster lash glue to your natural lashes and wait about 30 seconds.
Gently remove the lashes from the strip using the lash applicator.
Apply the cluster lashes underneath your natural eyelashes, keeping them 2–3mm away from the eyelid.
To remove lashes, use VEYES Lash Remover or a gentle lash remover.
Caution
Avoid applying glue to the threads of the bottle, as this may cause poor sealing and condensation.
After the first use, tighten the bottle to prevent exposure to air.
Avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with water.
If irritation or allergic reaction occurs, stop use immediately.
Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Tips for Best Results
Wait a few seconds after applying glue for it to become slightly tacky before placing lashes.
Use a lash brush to blend cluster lashes with your natural lashes for a more natural look.
