Shipping, Delivery, and Related Terms

We offer shipping services to customers in eligible markets and regions as displayed on our Website at the time of checkout.

For DIY Series Products, orders shipped to the United States with a subtotal of US$19.99 or more may qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below this amount may be charged the applicable shipping fee displayed at checkout. For eligible destinations outside the United States, orders with a subtotal of US$49.99 or more may qualify for free standard shipping; orders below this amount may be subject to the applicable international shipping fee shown at checkout.

For PRO Series Products, the following shipping terms apply globally where carrier service is available:
(1) Standard Shipping may be free for orders with a subtotal of US$59.00 or more; orders below this amount may be charged the applicable standard shipping fee; and
(2) FedEx Express Shipping may be free for orders with a subtotal of US$119.00 or more; orders below this amount may be charged the applicable express shipping fee.

Estimated processing times, shipping methods, shipping fees, and delivery times shown on our Website are for reference only and may vary depending on product availability, destination, customs clearance, carrier performance, holidays, weather events, public health events, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.

During periods affected by epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, customs congestion, government restrictions, or other similar circumstances, shipments may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

If any item is out of stock, subject to restocking, delayed due to supply constraints, or affected by force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, the actual processing and shipping time shall be subject to our email notice or other reasonable notification to you.

Where required by applicable law, if we are unable to ship within the time stated on our Website or otherwise promised to you, we may notify you of the delay and provide the options required by law, including, where applicable, the option to consent to the delay or cancel the order for a refund.

We reserve the right to determine shipping eligibility, available shipping methods, and applicable shipping charges based on the destination country or region, the products ordered, carrier availability, and operational conditions at the time of shipment.

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country or region, unless otherwise expressly stated on our Website.

We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, refusal to accept delivery, refusal to pay customs charges, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right of final interpretation of these shipping-related terms.
