What makes your lashes different from others?

We use the exclusive luxury material to create Ultimate Matte & Longer tapered tips Fluffy Lashes. This is the newest generation of lashes on the market - the fifth generation lashes, which are soft, lightweight and easy to work with.

Are your lashes cruelty-free?

Yes! All Dreamy lash trays are 100% cruelty-free, made from premium synthetic fibers that mimic the softness and movement of natural lashes.

How do I know if my adhesive has gone bad?

If the texture thickens, becomes stringy, or the bonding weakens, it’s time to replace. Always store glue in an airtight container away from sunlight.

How long does Dreamy adhesive last once opened?

We recommend using it within 4 weeks after opening for the best retention and bonding strength.

Should I use Dreamy Bonder with Dreamy adhesive?

Yes! Our bonder can significantly improve retention while creating a protective seal over the adhesive, minimizing fume irritation and accelerating cure time.

Are your products safe for sensitive eyes?

Yes, our products are designed with sensitive consumers in mind. For those with sensitive skin, we recommend using our specialized sensitive glue adhesive. Please always perform a patch test on your patient before full use.

HOW TO SAVE PRODUCTS？

How should I store your products?

For glue, it works in a range of humidity (40-70%) but performs best between 45-55% humidity and 69-75°F temperature.
For other products, store them in a cool, dry place as much as possible, away from direct sunlight and moisture. And we recommend putting them in airtight containers to prevent dust from entering.

Why are my clients experiencing poor retention?

Common causes include:

· Using expired or contaminated adhesive

· Not cleansing lashes properly before application

· Working in extreme humidity

· Not using bonder or primer correctly
